Kolbeck Rooms is located in a pedestrian zone in Vienna’s 10th district, only a 5-minute underground ride from Saint Stephen’s Cathedral. It offers an underground car park and free Wi-Fi access throughout the property. The rooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the building. The building has no elevator.
In the morning starting from 7 am breakfast is available at "Das Columbus" in the ground floor of the building, offering a wide range of local breakfast variations, hot and cold dishes, as well as freshly brewed coffee and a choice of teas and juices. A drink vending machines is available. Various pastry shops and bakeries are in the vicinity.
Kolbeck Rooms are located between the Südtiroler Platz and Keplerplatz underground stations on the U1 line, both of which are about 200 metres away and only 5 minute walk from Vienna Central Station.
Belvedere Palace is only 2 tram stops away from Kolbeck Rooms. A shopping centre, a market, and many restaurants and shops are only a few steps away.

The reception is open Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 21:30 and from 07:30 to 18:00 on weekends and public holidays.

Outside these times the entrance to the hotel is closed. If you arrive later, please use the first five digits of your booking number plus hashtag (e.g. 12345#) as a code for the electronic check-in terminal, which can be found on the wall at the right entrance.

Please note that there is no elevator in the main building and in the annex.

Good Value Hotel
The location was very attractive and easy to find, rooms were quiet and beds confortable, the staff is so nice and helpful. Bathroom and other facilities were good. In general we were happy with the room.
The Wifi has very pure signal and the most important thing there were no elevator and this make us trouble to take the luggages at the third floor.
